Return Policy

Return & Exchange Policy

We hope you love your purchase! If you need to make a return or exchange, please review our policy:

Returns are accepted within 7 days for a refund to the original form of payment.

After 7 days, items may be returned for store credit or exchange, based on the current selling price.

All returns must be made within the same selling season. For example, spring and summer items must be returned before fall merchandise arrives.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Final sale items, accessories, and holiday items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Store credit is valid for one year from the date it is issued.

To start a return or exchange:

If you are local, please bring your item and receipt to the store. Refunds, credit, or exchanges will be issued according to the terms above.

If you are out of town, please call us at 2013394037 during normal business hours to arrange mailing your item back. Once received, we will process the return and issue a store credit code that can be used online.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 3 PM typically ship the same day. While we can’t always guarantee same-day shipping, we strive to process and ship all orders by the next business day, with a maximum processing time of 3 business days.

All orders are shipped via UPS and include a valid tracking number. Tracking details will be updated in your order. If you do not receive tracking information, feel free to contact us directly and we’ll be happy to provide it.

If expedited shipping is needed, please contact us before placing your order so we can provide an accurate quote and estimated delivery time.

Do you offer local pickup?

Local pickup is available free of charge. Orders placed during normal business hours will be ready for pickup within 2 hours. You will receive a notification once your order is prepared and ready for pickup.

Monday–Friday: 10 AM – 6 PM
Saturday: 10 AM – 5 PM
Closed Sundays

Holiday hours, sudden closures, and reduced summer hours will be posted on our Instagram as needed.
